Arrive comfortably with the panoramic glass lift to the 4th floor. On the lower floor, you will find the sleeping area with:

- Second bedroom with twin beds that can be converted into a double bed

On the upper floor:
- Elegant living room with large sofa and built-in fireplace
- Kitchen with central island and all appliances (dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, fridge)

Early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.

A member of the TriesteGuest staff will welcome you directly to the apartment for check-in.
👉 Please provide us with a valid telephone number and notify us of any changes to your arrival time.

📄 Documents & tourist tax
At check-in, each guest must present a valid identity document (ID card, passport or driving licence).

The tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights.
The following are exempt from payment: minors, residents and those registered with AIRE.

🌿 DURING YOUR STAY

Our goal is to offer you a comfortable and carefree stay.
If something does not work or is not to your liking during your stay, please contact us immediately: our staff will be happy to help you.

🏠 Please remember that you are staying in a private property:

Please respect the quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

In winter, keep the temperature at a maximum of 20°C, in summer at a minimum of 23°C.

Do not leave personal items (suitcases, bicycles, etc.) in the common areas.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.
In case of violation, a penalty of €100 will be applied.

For the safety of guests, the fireplace cannot be used.

🎉 Parties and access to unregistered guests are not permitted.

Before leaving the flat, we kindly ask you to:

Check that you have not forgotten any personal items (especially chargers 😉)

Borgo Teresiano is the most sought-after neighbourhood in the centre of Trieste. It is elegant, central and perfect for exploring the city on foot. Characterised by beautiful historic buildings and wide avenues, it is located just 700 metres from Piazza Unità d'Italia, the largest square on the sea in Europe.

It is a lively and refined area, home to professional offices and important companies. In the morning, the neighbourhood comes alive with historic bars and cafés, ideal for breakfast or a quick lunch, while in the evening it offers quality restaurants and trendy clubs.
The seafront, the Grand Canal and the main attractions are less than a 5-minute walk away.
