🏡 CHECK-IN

The flat is reserved exclusively for guests and is located on the ground floor of a quiet residential building.

Upon arrival, you will find the beds made as shown in the photos.
If you prefer to sleep separately, please let us know in advance: we will be happy to arrange all beds at no additional cost.

🕒 Check-in time: from 3 p.m.
Early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.

A member of the TriesteGuest staff will welcome you directly to the apartment for check-in.
👉 Please provide us with a valid telephone number and notify us of any changes to your arrival time.

📄 Documents & tourist tax
At check-in, each guest must present a valid identity document (ID card, passport or driving licence).

The tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights.
The following are exempt from payment: minors, residents and those registered with AIRE.

🌿 DURING YOUR STAY

Our goal is to offer you a comfortable and carefree stay.
If something does not work or is not to your liking during your stay, please contact us immediately: our staff will be happy to help you.

🏠 Please remember that you are staying in a private property:

Please respect the quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

In winter, keep the temperature at a maximum of 20°C, in summer at a minimum of 23°C.

Do not leave personal items (suitcases, bicycles, etc.) in the common areas.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.
In case of violation, a penalty of €100 will be applied.

🎉 Parties and access to unregistered guests are not permitted.

Before leaving the flat, we kindly ask you to:

📍 The area

The San Vito neighbourhood is one of the most elegant and popular areas of Trieste. Located on a hill in an elevated position, it offers a sunny, peaceful and quiet environment, while remaining just a few minutes from the historic centre.

In the immediate vicinity, you will find a supermarket, bank and petrol station, ideal for all your daily needs.

A short distance away is the Passeggio Sant'Andrea, perfect for a relaxing stroll or jogging in the open air. From here, there is also a convenient cycle path that runs along the sea and leads to the railway station, offering splendid views.

🏙️ Piazza Unità d'Italia is about a 15-minute walk away (note: the return journey involves an uphill stretch 😉), ideal for those who enjoy walking and discovering the city at a leisurely pace.

🚗 Parking and transport

You can park for free on the street near the accommodation. As this is a residential area, availability may vary, so we recommend heading towards the riverfront area (Campo Marzio, Mercato Coperto), where it is usually easier to find parking.

Blue line parking spaces are subject to a charge during the day but are free from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and on public holidays.

🚌 Public transport
The accommodation is well connected by public transport:

from Via Franca, you can take line 15 to Piazza Goldoni and Piazza Oberdan;

heading down towards the sea, the following are available:

line 8 (towards the railway station),

line 17 (towards the University of Trieste).

Ideal for both those travelling by car and those who prefer to get around comfortably by public transport.
