The apartment, which is entirely reserved for guests, is located on floor 4 of a historic building WITHOUT lift.

The standard preparation of the flat is a double bed. If you wish to sleep separately, let us know in advance! We will be happy to have all beds ready for you!

🕒 Check-in time: from 3 p.m.
Early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.

Instructions for accessing the flat will be provided the day before your arrival.

👉 Please provide us with a valid telephone number and notify us of any changes to your arrival time.

📄 Documents & tourist tax
At check-in, each guest must present a valid identity document (ID card, passport or driving licence).

The tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights.
The following are exempt from payment: minors, residents and those registered with AIRE.

🏠 Please remember that you are staying in a private property:

Please respect the quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

In winter, keep the temperature at a maximum of 20°C, in summer at a minimum of 23°C.

Do not leave personal items (suitcases, bicycles, etc.) in the common areas.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.
In case of violation, a penalty of €100 will be applied.

🎉 Parties and access to unregistered guests are not permitted.

For the safety of guests, the fireplace cannot be used.

📍 The neighbourhood

Via Cadorna is located in the heart of Borgo Giuseppino, one of Trieste's most authentic and lively neighbourhoods. In just 5 minutes on foot (300 metres), you can reach the wonderful Piazza Unità d'Italia and the entire historic centre, perfect for exploring on foot among historic buildings, literary cafés and sea views.

In the vicinity of the flat, you will find a wide selection of bars, historic cafés, bakeries, and restaurants for every moment of the day. For breakfast or a coffee break, we recommend Adoro Caffè, Mug, Spaccio Pani, and Maritani.
For a quality dinner, Al Bagatto, Le Barettine and Joia offer refined and sophisticated dishes, while Paulaner is perfect if you are looking for something informal, from pizza to hamburgers.

A short walk away is Via Torino, the heart of Trieste's nightlife, with numerous bars and clubs where you can spend pleasant evenings.

The area is central but well served, ideal for both tourists and business travellers: everything is within easy reach, without the need for transport.

🚶‍♂️ Getting around the area

From Via Cadorna, you can easily explore the entire historic centre of Trieste on foot: Piazza Unità d'Italia, the Roman Theatre, Borgo Teresiano and the main attractions are just a few minutes away from the flat.

🚗 By car
We recommend parking at Parking San Giusto, located behind Piazza Unità, next to the Roman Theatre. A great advantage: inside the car park there is a free lift that takes you directly to the Castello di San Giusto, ideal for a panoramic visit without any effort.
Alternatively, there is the Molo IV car park or street parking (blue lines) in the city centre (variable rates, free from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and on public holidays).

🚌 Public transport
Trieste is well served by public transport. You can easily plan your journeys on the Trieste Trasporti website.
From the flat, you can reach the railway station with lines 8 and 30, which stop in the immediate vicinity.

🚲 By bicycle
Right in front of the flat, on the seafront, you will find the Bicincittà bike-sharing service stations: an excellent solution for getting around sustainably and enjoying the city and the sea. We recommend checking availability on the official website.

Thanks to its central location, you won't need a car during your stay: most attractions, restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance or a short journey away.
