📄 Documents & tourist tax
At check-in, each guest must present a valid identity document (ID card, passport or driving licence).

The tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights.
The following are exempt from payment: minors, residents and those registered with AIRE.

Please respect the quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

In winter, keep the temperature at a maximum of 20°C, in summer at a minimum of 23°C.

Do not leave personal items (suitcases, bicycles, etc.) in the common areas.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.
In case of violation, a penalty of €100 will be applied.

🎉 Parties and access to unregistered guests are not permitted.

For the safety of guests, the fireplace cannot be used.

Tree-lined and flat, it is perfect for walking or cycling, stopping at the numerous historic cafés, traditional restaurants, shops and cinemas that enliven the area at all hours of the day. It is an ideal place to experience everyday life in Trieste, between evening aperitifs and moments of relaxation in the open air.

There are numerous bus stops in the immediate vicinity that quickly connect the neighbourhood to the rest of the city, including the railway station, the seafront and Miramare Castle.

🚗 Parking
As this is one of the most central and popular areas of Trieste, finding parking on the street is generally difficult and subject to limited availability and payment. We therefore recommend considering public car parks or secure garages in the vicinity, especially for short stays or arrivals in high season.

🚲 Bikes and soft mobility
The area is also perfect for getting around by bicycle or scooter, thanks to its wide, flat avenues.
