Casa Al Ponte

Wonderful terraced house on two floors with private garden, suitable for groups or families of up to 5 adults and 2 infants. On the ground floor: living area with living room , kitchen, bathroom with tub and washing machine; on the first floor: sleeping area with double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds and bedroom with a single bed and two baby beds, bathroom with shower, terrace. Lovely green outdoor area and two parking spaces in front of the property.

The apartment, which is entirely reserved for guests, is located on two floors with a flight of stairs inside.
If you need sheets for the baby beds, let us know in advance, we will have them ready for you!
The garage is closed, it is not available.

-> we ask our guests to close the shutters and windows when leaving the house and also in the case of bad weather (wind, storm, etc.). Any damage caused by non-observance of these rules will be charged to the guests.
-> We point out to our guests that it is not allowed to move furniture or remove objects in the flat without prior permission.
-> we ask our guests to ventilate all rooms daily, opening windows.


CHECK-IN
You can do the check in by appointment at the apartment between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.

You will be required to show ID for each guest (ID card, passport or driver's license) and pay the tourist tax (currently suspended). We will provide you with all the information you may need to enjoy your stay!

Access to apartments before this time slot is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. For arrivals between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m., check-in will be done at a cost of €40.00 to be paid on site (plus tourist tax). For arrivals between 10 pm and midnight the cost will be 50.00€. Beyond midnight check-in is not possible.

DURING THE STAY
If during your stay something does not work or does not go well, report it immediately! We'll be happy to help! Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In winter, do not raise the temperature above 20 °C and in summer not below 23°. Do not leave objects (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas.
Smoking is prohibited in this house. Violators will be charged a penalty fee of 100 euros. It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unmarked guests.

CHECK-OUT
Checkout is within 10 AM. Make sure you don't forget anything (especially cell phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all devices. Close the windows.
