The elegant and functional flat can accommodate up to 4 people and is designed to make you feel comfortable at all times: an intimate and quiet double bedroom, a bright living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen to make you feel at home, a modern bathroom with shower and even a private terrace.

Whether you are travelling for pleasure or business, you will find everything you need here: fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a 55" smart TV and a PC workstation ideal for smart working or studying.

Located on the fifth floor with a lift, Casa Dedalus offers tranquillity and privacy, away from the noise but in the heart of city life. Self check-in makes your arrival simple and flexible, allowing you to start your Trieste experience immediately without any worries.

Perfect for couples, families or curious travellers, Casa Dedalus is not just accommodation, but a place to create memories, feel welcome and experience Trieste like a true local.

The flat is located on the 5th floor of a historic building with a lift and wheelchair access. There are no architectural barriers.

We prepare a double bed for two guests. If you would like to sleep separately, please let us know immediately and we will also prepare the sofa bed for you free of charge!

🕒 Check-in time: from 3 p.m.
Early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.

Instructions for accessing the flat will be available in the booking details from the day before arrival.

👉 Please provide us with a valid telephone number and notify us of any changes to your arrival time.

📄 Documents & tourist tax
Before check-in, each guest must present a valid identity document (ID card, passport or driving licence).

The tourist tax is €2.30 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights.
The following are exempt from payment: minors, residents and those registered with AIRE.

Our goal is to offer you a comfortable and carefree stay.
If something does not work or is not to your liking during your stay, please contact us immediately: our staff will be happy to help you.

🏠 Please remember that you are staying in a private property:

Please respect the quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

In winter, keep the temperature at a maximum of 20°C, in summer at a minimum of 23°C.

Do not leave personal items (suitcases, bicycles, etc.) in the common areas.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.
In case of violation, a penalty of €100 will be applied.

🎉 Parties and access to unregistered guests are not permitted.

For the safety of guests, the fireplace cannot be used.

Before leaving the flat, we kindly ask you to:

Check that you have not forgotten any personal items (especially chargers 😉)

Turn off lights, appliances and devices

Dispose of rubbish

📍 A truly unbeatable location

The flat is located in one of the most strategic and charming areas of Trieste. On one side is the imposing courthouse, the gateway to the elegant Habsburg-era Borgo Teresiano district, with its historic buildings in light colours and Central European atmosphere. Behind it lies the Public Garden, perfect for a relaxing stroll or a break in the green.

On the other side is the lively Viale XX Settembre, the heart of city life, full of bars, cinemas, theatres and entertainment. Do you love shopping, craft beer, billiards, historic cafés or places of worship? Here you will be spoilt for choice!

🚶‍♀️ Getting around on foot is a pleasure
The historic centre is easily accessible on foot. We recommend starting from the Rossetti Theatre and walking along the famous ‘listòn’, the elegant 19th-century promenade, to the Church of St. Anthony, the picturesque Grand Canal and finally to Piazza Unità d'Italia, one of the most beautiful squares in Europe overlooking the sea.

🚗 Getting there by car is easy
Reaching the apartment by car is convenient and stress-free. For parking, we recommend the SABA Foro Ulpiano car park, located just 220 metres from the accommodation.

🚆 Quick connections by public transport
From the railway station, you can reach the flat in about 7 minutes with line 17/, which is also widely used by university students.
In about 13 minutes by bus (lines 17 or 9) you will reach Piazza Unità d'Italia... unless you prefer to enjoy a pleasant walk along Viale XX Settembre or through Borgo Teresiano.
