Do not leave personal items (suitcases, bicycles, etc.) in the common areas.
π Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.
In case of violation, a penalty of β¬100 will be applied.
π Parties and access to unregistered guests are not permitted.
For the safety of guests, the fireplace cannot be used.

The area is well connected by public transport (several bus lines easily reach the city centre, the station and other neighbourhoods), allowing you to walk around effortlessly for your daily errands.
The area is mainly residential and appreciated for its relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere, ideal for both short stays and longer periods. Although well served, it retains a quiet character, perfect for those who want a balance between urban life and tranquillity.

The street does not have private parking for guests and, being in a residential area, it may be difficult to find free parking on the street for your car.
On the other hand, the area is well connected by public transport: several bus lines operated by Trieste Trasporti serve Via Donadoni and the surrounding streets, allowing you to easily reach the city centre, the railway station and the main city attractions. Tickets can be purchased at bus stops, tobacconists or via dedicated apps (such as Tpl FVG).
You can also pay for your ticket directly on the bus with your credit card (one card per person).
