Welcome to the Turquoise Room, a cosy and functional flat perfect for two guests who want to discover Trieste while staying in a quiet but well-connected area.

The accommodation is located in the residential district of Roiano, an area served by shops, services and transport, about a 6-minute drive from the city centre and Piazza Unità d'Italia. Here you can experience the authentic atmosphere of the city, away from the hustle and bustle but with everything at your fingertips.

The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift and consists of:

a comfortable double bedroom, ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing

a spacious living room with TV, perfect for relaxing

a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and everything you need for cooking

free Wi-Fi for working or planning your trip!

The spaces are designed to offer convenience and comfort for both short tourist stays and longer stays.

Whether you are in town for a romantic getaway, a business trip or to explore Trieste and its sea, the Turquoise Room is the ideal base to make you feel at home.

The accommodation, reserved exclusively for guests, is located on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator.

A crib/cot for children is available upon request in advance and is subject to availability.

🕒 Check-in time: from 3:00 PM
Early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.

Instructions for accessing the apartment will be provided the day before your arrival.
👉 Please provide us with a valid phone number and notify us of any changes to your arrival time.
📄 Documents & tourist tax
At check-in, each guest must present a valid ID (ID card, passport, or driver's license).
The tourist tax is €2.30 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights.
The following are exempt from payment: minors, residents, and AIRE registrants.

🌿 DURING YOUR STAY

Our goal is to offer you a comfortable and carefree stay.
If something does not work or is not to your liking during your stay, please contact us immediately: our staff will be happy to help you.

🏠 Please remember that you are staying in a private property:
Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
In winter, keep the temperature at a maximum of 20°C, and in summer at a minimum of 23°C.
Do not leave personal items (suitcases, bicycles, etc.) in the common areas.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
A penalty of €100 will be applied in case of violation.

🎉 Parties and access to unregistered guests are not allowed.

🕙 Check-out time: by 10:00 a.m.
Before leaving the apartment, we kindly ask you to:
Check that you have not forgotten any personal items (especially chargers 😉)
Turn off lights, appliances, and devices
Dispose of trash
Close windows and turn off heating/air conditioning

Roiano district is very lively and rich. A few steps from the apartment there is a large supermarket, PAM, but also many small shops if you prefer to do more traditional shopping (bakery, butcher, fishmonger, gastronomy).
Within a very short distance you can also find two banks, a pharmacy and a gym.

With bus line number 8 you can reach Piazza Unità in 10 minutes!

Before venturing out to discover the historic centre, the seafront or the beautiful Carso, we recommend a break at Jerian or at Pane Quotidiano in Piazza tra i Rivi: in addition to a good "capo in bi" coffee you can enjoy excellent sweets and take a lunch on the go!

The location of the apartment is very peaceful and quiet and will allow you to easily reach both the city center and the seafront of Barcola, the Karst and Sissa Research Center.

It is possible to park on the street for free but it could be a bit difficult to find a free space.
