Spacious and bright flat for two, ten minutes from the centre, with lift, air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine. It will be the perfect starting point for your stay and a place to relax at the end of the day.

Apartment located on the 4th floor with lift, spacious and bright. Equipped with double bedroom, large living area with dining area and sitting area with mini projector, bathroom with hydromassage shower, kitchenette with dishwasher.

The flat is located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift.

CHECK-IN
Check-in is from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Access to the flats before this time is subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.
The day before your arrival, we will send you instructions on how to access the flat.
You will be required to show proof of identity for each guest (ID card, passport or driving licence) and pay the tourist tax (€2.30 per person per night for each guest for the first 5 nights; minors, residents and AIRE members are exempt). We will provide you with directions to the flat and all the information you need to enjoy your stay!


DURING YOUR STAY
If something does not work or is not right during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us! Our staff is ready to help you!
Remember that you are in a private property! Please respect the quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. In winter, do not raise the temperature above 20°C, and in summer, do not lower it below 23°C.

Do not leave any items in the common areas.

Smoking is prohibited. It is forbidden to organise parties and welcome unregistered guests.

Bicycles are not allowed.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Please ensure you do not forget anything (especially mobile phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all devices. Close the windows and remove any rubbish.
