This flat is located on the third floor of a fully renovated historic building with a lift, situated in the Cavana district, the romantic medieval heart of the city!

The flat has a delightful living area with kitchenette (equipped with induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle), sofa bed, backlit TV, Wi-Fi, a bathroom with XXL shower and a beautiful double bedroom with German-style beds (*with single sheets and duvets*). The flat has been completely renovated and furnished with great taste and elegance!

Underfloor heating and air conditioning ensure superior comfort for your holiday!

-> Due to the low windows and the type of furniture, the flat is not suitable for children.

The studio, entirely reserved for guests, is located at the third floor of an historical and totally renovated building with a lift. There are no architectural barriers (there is only one low step at the main door).

If you wish to sleep separately, please let us know in advance: we will also prepare the sofa bed for you free of charge!

-> Bicycles are not allowed in the building.
-> Due to low windows and kind of furniture, the apartment is not available for newborns and toddlers.

🕒 Check-in time: from 3 p.m.
Early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.

We will give you instructions on how to access the flat the day before your arrival.

👉 Please provide us with a valid telephone number and notify us of any changes to your arrival time.

📄 Documents & tourist tax
At check-in, each guest must present a valid identity document (ID card, passport or driving licence).

The tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights.
The following are exempt from payment: minors, residents and those registered with AIRE.

🏠 Please remember that you are staying in a private property:

Please respect the quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

In winter, keep the temperature below 20°C, and in summer, above 23°C.

Do not leave personal items (suitcases, bicycles, etc.) in the common areas.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.
A penalty of £100 will be applied in case of violation.

🎉 Parties and access to unregistered guests are not permitted.

📍 THE NEIGHBOURHOOD – CAVANA

The Cavana district is the medieval heart of Trieste: charming alleys such as Via del Pane and Via del Pesce tell the story of the ancient shops. Today, this elegant and relaxed area retains a Central European charm that has earned Trieste the nickname ‘Vienna on the sea’.

Just a few steps from the flat, you will find the best of Trieste life: aperitifs, seafood restaurants, typical taverns and after-dinner venues. Here you can experience everything on foot, from sunset to breakfast the next day:

-> Al Petes e Marise for typical dishes;
-> Di Napoli and Bianco for pizza;

🚶‍♂️ GETTING AROUND THE AREA

The building is located on the edge of the pedestrian area of Cavana. To facilitate your arrival, we recommend parking at the San Giusto Parking, located 400 meters away near the Roman Theater, or along the banks or in the surrounding area in the blue paid parking lots (free from 8pm to 8am and on public holidays).

From the station you can reach the apartment with lines 8, 17, 24 and 30; line 24, which stops right in front of the entrance, takes you to the Castle of San Giusto. Consult the bus timetables of Trieste Trasporti!

At 200 meters from the entrance, towards the shores and in front of the Maritime Station, there is one of the shelters for city bikes for hire set up by the Municipality of Trieste.
