Il Gelsomino a Opicina

Il Gelsomino is our huge and spacious apartment in Opicina, located ten minutes' drive from the center of Trieste, in a quiet and sunny residential setting. Equipped with its own parking space, green space, large terrace with large table, AC, it can accommodate a family or group of friends of up to 6 guests thanks to its three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a mega sofa area with projector for movie nights all together!

The accommodation, entirely reserved for guests, is located on floor 1 of a building with an elevator.
Heating is connected to the building.

CHECK-IN
You can do the check in from 3pm. Access to the flats before this time is subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.
The day before your arrival, we will send you instructions on how to access the flat.
You will be required to show proof of identity for each guest (ID card, passport or driving licence) and pay the tourist tax (€3.00 per person per night for each guest for the first 5 nights; minors, residents and AIRE members are exempt). We will provide you with directions to the flat and all the information you need to enjoy your stay!


DURING YOUR STAY
If something does not work or is not right during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us! Our staff is ready to help you!
Remember that you are in a private property! Please respect the quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. In winter, do not raise the temperature above 20°C, and in summer, do not lower it below 23°C.

Do not leave any items in the common areas.

Smoking is prohibited. It is forbidden to organise parties and welcome unregistered guests.

Bicycles are not allowed.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Please ensure you do not forget anything (especially mobile phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all devices. Close the windows and remove any rubbish.
Don't forget to leave us a review on the portals. Your opinion is very important to us: criticism spurs us on to improve and compliments are always welcome! :)
When assigning stars, try to be objective: if it rained the whole time, it's not our fault!
