Small apartment with a delightful glimpse of the sea just 15 minutes walk from Piazza Unità, perfect as a pied à terre for a holiday or a study or work trip. Equipped with a double bed, complete kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, moka coffee pot, kettle and wifi, it is perfect for hosting up to 2 people. Air conditioning, independent heating.
The apartment, which is entirely reserved for guests, is located on floor number 5 of a residential building.
CAUTION:
- always close all windows when you leave the house. Drafts could cause them to break and any thunderstorms could create serious damage both in the apartment and on the street.
- Before operating the ceiling shutters (Velux) carefully close the windows to the locked position. If the windows are still found to be open, the system will go into lockout and a specialized technician intervention (at a cost of 250.00€) will be required.
CHECK-IN
You will be able to check in by appointment between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. at our Triesteguest office at Via del Lazzaretto Vecchio 15E in Trieste.
You will be required to show ID for each guest (ID card, passport or driver's license) and pay the tourist tax €2.00 per person per night for each guest, for the first 5 nights; minors, residents and AIRE do not pay). We will provide you with instructions on how to get to the apartment and all the information you need to enjoy your stay!
Access to apartments before this time slot is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
For arrivals between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m., check-in will be done directly at the property by appointment at a cost of €40.00 to be paid on site (plus tourist tax).
For arrivals between 10 pm and midnight the cost will be 50.00€. Beyond midnight check-in is not possible.
DURING THE STAY
If during your stay something does not work or does not go well, report it immediately! We'll be happy to help! Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In winter, do not raise the temperature above 20 °C and in summer not below 23°. Do not leave objects (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas.
Smoking is prohibited in this house. Violators will be charged a penalty fee of 100 euros. It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unmarked guests.
CHECK-OUT
Checkout is within 10 AM. Make sure you don't forget anything (especially cell phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all devices. Close the windows.
