Every room is designed to make you feel at home, with attention to cleanliness, comfort and functionality.

The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a historic building with a lift.

We prepare a double bed for two guests. If you would like to sleep separately, please let us know immediately and we will also prepare the sofa bed for you free of charge!

The crib/cot is available upon request in advance and is subject to availability.

Early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.

Instructions for accessing the flat will be available in the booking details from the day before arrival.

👉 Please provide us with a valid telephone number and notify us of any changes to your arrival time.

📄 Documents & tourist tax
Before check-in, each guest must present a valid identity document (ID card, passport or driving licence).

The tourist tax is €2.30 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights.
The following are exempt from payment: minors, residents and those registered with AIRE.

Please respect the quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

In winter, keep the temperature at a maximum of 20°C, in summer at a minimum of 23°C.

Do not leave personal items (suitcases, bicycles, etc.) in the common areas.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.
In case of violation, a penalty of €100 will be applied.

🎉 Parties and access to unregistered guests are not permitted.

Before leaving the flat, we kindly ask you to:

Check that you have not forgotten any personal items (especially chargers 😉)

The location of this apartment is definitely strategic: it is in fact just a short walk from the station, where you will also find the only supermarket open until 10 p.m. every day (Pam Supermarket).

In a few minutes walk instead you can reach Piazza Unità, and the beautiful waterfront between Ponterosso and Molo Audace, with its spectacular colors.

Any recommendations for food? Buffet at Rudy's on Valdirivo Street for typical dishes, Illy café right on the banks for a Trieste breakfast. Worth mentioning is Ristorante Bianco (Via Rossini 8), right on the Ponterosso canal, which has a floating platform used in summer for an aperitif with the sunset!

This apartment is exceptionally connected to EVERYTHING!

Stepping out of the apartment in a few steps you can reach PAM supermarket, the only one open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day (9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays).

Crossing the street you can find also the train station, around which you can find Parking Saba Silos for cars, RVs, and motorcycles (you can book through their site in advance and take advantage of attractive discounts!), a Flixbus station, a cab station, and a bike rental station (Bicincittà).

Both outside the building and in front of the station also most of the bus lines pass, perfect whether you want to stay in the city or visit the Karst, the waterfront to Miramare Castle, or get to SISSA.
