La Teresiana

Charming and characteristic apartment centrally located, close to Viale XX Settembre, 400 metres from the Court and the convenient parking area of Foro Ulpiano. Located on the top floor of a building with lift, full of light and with an open view, it can accommodate up to 3 people. An excellent starting point for your outings!

The apartment, which is entirely reserved for guests, is located on floor 5 of a building with a lift; however, to reach the flat you must climb a small flight of stairs.

We only prepare a double bed for our guests by default. If there are 2 of you and you wish to sleep separately, please let us know in advance!
We will also be happy to have the sofa bed ready for you free of charge!

CHECK-IN
You can do the check in by appointment at the apartment from 3 p.m. The access to the apartment before this time is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
You will be required to show ID for each guest (ID card, passport or driver's license) and pay the tourist tax (€3.00 per person per night for each guest for the first 5 nights; minors, residents and AIRE do not pay).

DURING THE STAY
If during your stay something does not work or does not go well, report it immediately! We'll be happy to help! Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In winter, do not raise the temperature above 20 °C and in summer not below 23°. WE INFORM OUR GUESTS THAT IT IS FORBIDDEN TO BRING BICYCLES INSIDE THE APARTMENT OR TO LEAVE BICYCLES AND STROLLERS IN THE COMMON AREAS AND AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE BUILDING.
Smoking is prohibited in this house. Violators will be charged a penalty fee of 100 euros. It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unmarked guests.

CHECK-OUT
Checkout is within 10 AM. Make sure you don't forget anything (especially cell phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all devices. Close the windows.
