The apartment has just been carefully renovated with style and comfort in mind, and it can host up to 3 guests. It features a spacious living room with a large single sofa bed, TV, living area, and kitchenette with dishwasher, induction cooktop, coffee machine, and microwave. A beautiful double bedroom with a walk-in closet and an elegant bathroom with a shower complete the space. Independent heating and air conditioning are included.

No need to waste time looking for parking — your private parking space is just 170 meters away!

The apartment, which is entirely reserved for guests, is located on the floor 4 of an historical building with a lift. You will still have to climb a flight of stairs to reach the flat.

On your arrival you will find the flat ready as in the photos. If you wish to sleep separately, let us know in advance: we will prepare also the sofa bed for you, free of charge.

🕒 Check-in time: from 3 p.m.
Early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.

Instructions for accessing the flat will be available in your booking details from the day before your arrival.
👉 Please provide us with a valid telephone number and notify us of any changes to your arrival time.

📄 Documents & tourist tax
At check-in, each guest must present a valid identity document (ID card, passport or driving licence).

The tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights.
The following are exempt from payment: minors, residents and those registered with AIRE.

If something does not work or is not to your liking during your stay, please contact us immediately: our staff will be happy to help you.

🏠 Please remember that you are staying in a private property:

Please respect the quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

In winter, keep the temperature at a maximum of 20°C, in summer at a minimum of 23°C.

Do not leave personal items (suitcases, bicycles, etc.) in the common areas.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.
In case of violation, a penalty of €100 will be applied.

🎉 Parties and access to unregistered guests are not permitted.

Before leaving the flat, we kindly ask you to:

Check that you have not forgotten any personal items (especially chargers 😉)

Turn off lights, appliances and devices

Right next to Corso Italia, one of the city's main thoroughfares, full of shops and bars. The neighborhood, the true dynamic heart of the city, is lively and well served, ideal both for those visiting Trieste for the first time and for those who want to explore it at a leisurely pace.

A few steps away you will find historic bars, typical restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and shops of all kinds. For example, the famous Caffé Sacher, straight from Vienna, is just a short walk away!

The area is convenient for getting around on foot: the pedestrianized historic center and the main cultural attractions are easily accessible without the need for transportation.

All the main attractions of the historic center are within easy walking distance, as are shops, restaurants, historic cafes, and essential services.

For those arriving by car, the apartment has a private parking space in a garage located about 170 meters away, a real convenience in a central, pedestrian area. Once you have parked your car, you can forget about it and enjoy Trieste in total freedom!
