Mihaela Apartment

This is undoubtedly one of our best apartments: it is located between the station and the historic center, at 2nd floor without a lift and is equipped with everything needed to accommodate up to six people! You'll find two double bedrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed and two complete bathrooms with shower.
In the kitchen there is really everything: family fridge, dishwasher, washing machine.Free wifi, huge smart TV and air conditioning, what else?

The apartment, entirely reserved for guests, is located at 2nd floor of an historical building without lift.

For our guests we prepare the beds like in the photos. If you want to use also the sofabed, please let us know first! We will be happy to let you find all the beds ready for free!


CHECK-IN
You can do the check in by appointment between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. at our Triesteguest office at Via del Lazzaretto Vecchio 15E in Trieste.

You will be required to show ID for each guest (ID card, passport or driver's license) and pay the tourist tax (€2.00 per person per night for each guest for the first 5 nights; minors, residents and AIRE do not pay). We will provide you with instructions on how to get to the apartment and all the information you need to enjoy your stay!

Access to apartments before this time slot is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. For arrivals between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m., check-in will be done directly at the apartment by appointment at a cost of €40.00 to be paid on site (plus tourist tax). For arrivals between 10 pm and midnight the cost will be 50.00€. Beyond midnight check-in is not possible.

DURING THE STAY
If during your stay something does not work or does not go well, report it immediately! We'll be happy to help!
Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In winter do not raise the temperature above 20 ° C, and in summer not below 23°C. Do not leave objects (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas.
Smoking is forbidden. It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unmarked guests.

CHECK-OUT
Checkout is within 10 AM. Make sure you don't forget anything (especially cell phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all devices. Close the windows and get away the trash.
