This is one of our most popular apartments, ideal for families and groups of up to 6 guests. It is conveniently located between the station and the historic centre of Trieste, perfect for getting around easily on foot or by public transport.

Located on the second floor without a lift, the flat is spacious, bright and fully equipped. It has two double bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, a second full bathroom with shower and a large living area ideal for sharing the living room without stress.

The living area includes a comfortable double sofa bed, a large dining table and a 50" Smart TV.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: a family-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, pod coffee machine and kettle, perfect for longer stays.

Guests have access to free fibre Wi-Fi, air conditioning and all the comforts for a relaxing stay in any season.
The ideal solution for those looking for space, comfort and a central location in Trieste, where they can truly feel at home.

The apartment, which is entirely reserved for guests, is located on floor 2 of a historic building WITHOUT lift.

The standard preparation of the flat is both the double beds. If you wish to sleep also on the sofa bed, let us know in advance! We will be happy to have all beds ready for you!

Early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.

Instructions for accessing the flat will be provided the day before your arrival on your booking details.

👉 Please provide us with a valid telephone number and notify us of any changes to your arrival time.

📄 Documents & tourist tax
At check-in, each guest must present a valid identity document (ID card, passport or driving licence).

The tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights.
The following are exempt from payment: minors, residents and those registered with AIRE.

🏠 Please remember that you are staying in a private property:

Please respect the quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

In winter, keep the temperature at a maximum of 20°C, in summer at a minimum of 23°C.

Do not leave personal items (suitcases, bicycles, etc.) in the common areas.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.
In case of violation, a penalty of €100 will be applied.

🎉 Parties and access to unregistered guests are not permitted.

For the safety of guests, the fireplace cannot be used.

📍 The neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is lively, central and perfect for exploring on foot, ideal for families and groups who want to discover Trieste without using a car.

Right in front of the door is the historic Panetteria Novak, perfect for starting the day with a typical Trieste breakfast. Here you will find artisan bread and pastries made with ancient grains, hemp flour and quality ingredients. In summer, lunch boxes are also available, ideal for taking to the beach. For around €2, you can enjoy an organic coffee with a sweet treat.

An 8-minute walk takes you to the picturesque Canal Grande, crossing Borgo Teresiano, one of the most elegant areas of the city, characterised by historic buildings and wide avenues. Here you will also find the splendid Gothic-style Evangelical Lutheran Church, a real surprise in the heart of Trieste.

Continuing towards the pedestrian area of Ponterosso, you will arrive at the famous Passaggio Joyce, the modern steel and glass bridge known by the locals as the “short bridge”, the subject of a curious local anecdote.

Along the way to Piazza Unità d'Italia, you will find some historic establishments that we recommend:

Aperitif: 040 Social Food, ideal at sunset on the Grand Canal

A short walk from the flat is the historic Gelateria Zampolli, famous for its more than 40 artisan flavours. The queue is long, but it's definitely worth it.

🚶‍♂️ Getting around the area
It is not possible to park in Via Udine.
You can park 450 meters far, at Parking Saba Silos (near the train station) or at Parking Foro Ulpiano near the Court, with fees starting from € 1.60/h. Through Saba.it website it is possible to book a parking space in advance and take advantage of excellent discounts. Alternatively, with a little luck, you can find a spot in the neighborhood: just pay attention to the road signs!
You can then move by feet to reach the main attractions!
