The apartment is located on the third floor of a completely renovated historic building with a lift and it is located in the Cavana district, the romantic medieval heart of the city!
The apartment has a delightful living area with kitchenette (equipped with induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle), sofa bed, backlit TV, wifi, a bathroom with XXL shower and a beautiful double bedroom with German beds (single bedsheets and blankets). The apartment has been totally renovated and furnished with great taste!
Underfloor heating and air conditioning guarantee the ideal comfort for your holiday!
Due to low windows and kind of furniture, the apartment is not available for newborns and toddlers.
The studio, entirely reserved for guests, is located at the third floor of an historical and totally renovated building with a lift. There are no architectural barriers (there is only one low step at the main door).
Bicycles are not allowed in the building.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is from 3pm. To access before this time, please ask and we will check the availability of the apt.
You will be required to show ID for each guest (ID card, passport or driver's license) and pay the tourist tax (€3.00 per person per night for each guest for the first 5 nights; minors, residents and AIRE do not pay).
DURING THE STAY
If during your stay something does not work or does not go well, report it immediately! We'll be happy to help!
Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In winter do not raise the temperature above 20 °C, and in summer not below 23°C. Do not leave objects (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas.
Smoking is forbidden. It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unmarked guests.
CHECK-OUT
Checkout is within 10 AM. Make sure you don't forget anything (especially cell phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all devices. Close the windows.
