The apartment has just been carefully renovated with style and comfort in mind, and it can host up to 3 guests. It features a spacious living room with a large single sofa bed, TV, living area, and kitchenette with dishwasher, induction cooktop, coffee machine, and microwave. A beautiful double bedroom with a walk-in closet and an elegant bathroom with a shower complete the space. Independent heating and air conditioning are included.
No need to waste time looking for parking — your private parking space is just 170 meters away!

The apartment, which is entirely reserved for guests, is located on the floor 4 of an historical building with a lift. You will still have to climb a flight of stairs to reach the flat.

On your arrival you will find the flat ready as in the photos. If you wish to sleep separately, let us know in advance: we will prepare also the sofa bed for you, free of charge.

CHECK-IN
You can do the check in by appointment at the apartment from 3 p.m. The access to the apartment before this time is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
You will be required to show ID for each guest (ID card, passport or driver's license) and pay the tourist tax (€3.00 per person per night for each guest for the first 5 nights; minors, residents and AIRE do not pay).
Access to the flats before 3 p.m. is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

DURING THE STAY
If during your stay something does not work or does not go well, report it immediately! We'll be happy to help! Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In winter, do not raise the temperature above 20 °C and in summer not below 23°.
WE INFORM OUR GUESTS THAT IT IS FORBIDDEN TO BRING BICYCLES INSIDE THE APARTMENT OR TO LEAVE BICYCLES AND STROLLERS IN THE COMMON AREAS AND AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE BUILDING.
Violators will be charged a penalty fee of 100 euros. It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unmarked guests.

CHECK-OUT
Checkout is within 10 AM. Make sure you don't forget anything (especially cell phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all devices. Close the windows and throw the trash.
