Imagine waking up in a bright and quiet house, surrounded by greenery and with the city at your fingertips. The Canvas Place is designed to accommodate families and professionals up to 6 guests, offering space, comfort and atmosphere.

It has two double bedrooms (one with an additional single bed) and a large living area with a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and hand blender — perfect for feeling truly at home.

Two small terraces overlooking the greenery offer moments of relaxation and tranquillity. The area is residential, cool and particularly quiet.

Please note: the flat does not have air conditioning. Parking in the area may require a little patience, but the tranquillity and atmosphere make up for it.


The apartment, which is entirely reserved for guests, is located on floor 1. There are two flights of stairs.

The standard preparation of the flat is 2 double beds. If you wish to use the single bed or the sofa bed, let us know in advance! We will be happy to have all beds ready for you as you wish!

🕒 Check-in time: from 3 p.m.
Early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.

Instructions for accessing the flat will be provided the day before your arrival.

👉 Please provide us with a valid telephone number and notify us of any changes to your arrival time.

📄 Documents & tourist tax
At check-in, each guest must present a valid identity document (ID card, passport or driving licence).

The tourist tax is €2.30 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights.
The following are exempt from payment: minors, residents and those registered with AIRE.

🌿 DURING YOUR STAY

Our goal is to offer you a comfortable and carefree stay.
If something does not work or is not to your liking during your stay, please contact us immediately: our staff will be happy to help you.

🏠 Please remember that you are staying in a private property:

Please respect the quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

In winter, keep the temperature at a maximum of 20°C, in summer at a minimum of 23°C.

Do not leave personal items (suitcases, bicycles, etc.) in the common areas.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.
In case of violation, a penalty of €100 will be applied.

🎉 Parties and access to unregistered guests are not permitted.

Before leaving the flat, we kindly ask you to:

Check that you have not forgotten any personal items (especially chargers 😉)

Turn off lights, appliances and devices

Dispose of rubbish

Close windows and turn off heating/air conditioning

San Vito district in Trieste is one of the most popular areas of the city: residential, elegant, bright and sunny. Here you can experience the true atmosphere of Trieste, away from traffic but with all amenities close at hand.

Supermarkets, bars, shops and petrol stations are just a short walk from the flat. The area is perfect for those seeking peace, relaxation and comfort, whether on holiday or for work.

🚶‍♂️ GETTING AROUND THE AREA

From the flat, you can easily reach the centre of Trieste thanks to the bus lines that stop just a few steps away. The public transport service is extensive and efficient, allowing you to easily plan your every move (Google Maps will be a great ally 😉).

Being in a residential area, free street parking can take a while at certain times of the day, but the tranquillity and silence of the neighbourhood make your stay even more enjoyable.
