Leave your car behind, explore the historic center on foot, breathe in the scent of the sea just a stone's throw away, or enjoy moments of tranquility in the apartment's spacious rooms and relaxation areas. Feel like celebrating? Just step outside and let yourself be carried away by the vitality of Via Torino, with its trendy bars and numerous restaurants. We are in the heart of Trieste's nightlife. Let our suggestions tempt you!

The accommodation, reserved exclusively for guests, is located on the first floor of a period building with an elevator. There are no architectural barriers, but the elevator is rather small (48 cm wide).

It's wonderful to be in the heart of the nightlife, but keep in mind that there may be noise from the street until late at night.

For two guests, we prepare a double bed by default. If you would like separate beds, please let us know in advance! We will be happy to have all the beds ready for you free of charge!
CHECK-IN
Check-in can be done independently using the locker located near the apartment. The day before your arrival, we will provide you with access instructions.

You will be required to show proof of identity for each guest (ID card, passport, or driver's license) and pay the tourist tax (€1.50 per person per night for each guest for the first 5 nights; minors, residents, and AIRE members are exempt). We will provide you with directions to the apartment and all the information you need to enjoy your stay!

Access to the apartments is available from 3:00 p.m. Access before this time is subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.

DURING YOUR STAY
If something isn't working or isn't right during your stay, let us know right away! We'll be happy to help you!
Remember that you are in a private residence! Please respect the quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In winter, please do not raise the temperature above 20°C. Do not leave items (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas.
Smoking is prohibited. It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unannounced guests.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Make sure you don't forget anything (especially cell phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all devices. Close the windows.
Don't forget to leave us a review on the portals. Your opinion is very important to us: criticism spurs us on to improve and compliments are always welcome!
