Cozy apartment in the heart of Trieste, ideal for 4 people. Located in a historic building on Viale XX Settembre, it’s perfect for exploring the city with comfort. Bright and tastefully furnished, it offers a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a small terrace. It includes a double bedroom and air conditioning. Just a few steps from restaurants and shops, it’s close to historical and cultural landmarks, making everything easily accessible for moments of relaxation.

CHECK-IN
You will be able to check in by appointment between 3pm and 7pm at our Triesteguest office at Via del Lazzaretto Vecchio 15E in Trieste.
You will be required to show an ID for each guest (ID card, passport or driver's license) and pay the tourist tax (€1.50 per person per night per guest for the first 5 nights; minors, residents and AIRE do not pay).
We will provide you with instructions on how to get to the apartment and all the information you need to enjoy your stay!
Access to apartments before this time slot is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
For arrivals between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m., check-in will be done directly at the property by appointment at a cost of €40.00 to be paid on site (plus tourist tax).
For arrivals between 10 pm and midnight the cost will be 50.00€. Beyond midnight check-in is not possible.

DURING YOUR STAY
If something doesn't work or doesn't go well during your stay, report it right away! We will be happy to help you!
Remember you are in a private facility! Respect the hours of rest from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. In winter do not raise the temperature above 20°C, and in summer not below 23°C.
Do not leave objects (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas.
No smoking. Violators will be fined 100€.
Forbidden to organize parties and receive unannounced guests.


CHECK-OUT
Check-out is by 10:00 am. Make sure you don't forget anything (especially cell phone chargers!), turn off lights and all devices. Close windows and remove garbage.
