The apartment is perfect for families and groups who want to visit the area and enjoy the sea, and for workers who prefer quiet and green spaces. Two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a large well-kept garden are the perfect ingredients for your stay.
It is also possible to book the first floor with six beds!

The apartment, entirely reserved for guests, is located at the ground floor of a '70s villa. The access to the apartment is shared with the Music area (reserved and frequented by the owner), but there is an internal additional door that makes the accommodation separate and autonomous.

Common areas are under video surveillance. The access to some areas (Music area at ground floor and garage) is reserved to the owners.

The hens are in a fenced area; you must not touch them or bother them. They could make noises at any time. The owners access the area twice a day to feed them.

For your children we have a camping cot with sheets (on request) and a comfortable foldable seat to take with you during your stay. Both are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

-> we ask our guests to close the shutters and windows when leaving the house and also in the case of bad weather (wind, storm, etc.). Any damage caused by non-observance of these rules will be charged to the guests.
-> We point out to our guests that it is not allowed to move furniture or remove objects in the flat without prior permission.
-> we ask our guests to ventilate all rooms daily, opening windows.


CHECK-IN
You can do the check in by appointment at the apartment between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.

You will be required to show ID for each guest (ID card, passport or driver's license) and pay the tourist tax (currently suspended). We will provide you with all the information you may need to enjoy your stay!

Access to apartments before this time slot is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. For arrivals between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m., check-in will be done at a cost of €40.00 to be paid on site (plus tourist tax). For arrivals between 10 pm and midnight the cost will be 50.00€. Beyond midnight check-in is not possible.

DURING THE STAY
If during your stay something does not work or does not go well, report it immediately! We'll be happy to help!
Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In winter, do not raise the temperature above 20 °C. Do not leave objects (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas.
Smoking is forbidden. It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unmarked guests.

CHECK-OUT
Checkout is within 10 AM. Make sure you don't forget anything (especially cell phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all devices. Close the windows.
