Mimosa Apt is the perfect choice for those seeking comfort and a pleasant atmosphere for a stay with family, friends, or for business (up to 3 guests).

The apartment is well-maintained and cozy, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and independent heating. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and oven, a double bed, and a sofa bed; the bathroom features a shower and a bidet.

It is conveniently located just a short walk from Burlo Garofalo Children’s Hospital, with numerous and frequent bus lines stopping right in front of the apartment, allowing you to reach the city center in just a few minutes.

The flat is located at the ground floor.

We prepare a double bed for two guests. If you would like to sleep separately, please let us know immediately, and we will also prepare the sofa bed for you free of charge!

A folding travel crib is available, but it is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

🕒 Check-in time: from 3 p.m.
Early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.

Instructions for accessing the flat will be available in the booking details from the day before arrival.

👉 We ask you to provide us with a valid telephone number and to notify us of any changes to your arrival time.

📄 Documents & tourist tax
Before check-in, each guest must present a valid ID (ID card, passport or driving licence).

The tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights.
The following are exempt from payment: minors, residents and those registered with AIRE.

🌿 DURING YOUR STAY

Our goal is to offer you a comfortable and carefree stay.
If something does not work or is not to your liking during your stay, please contact us immediately: our staff will be happy to help you.

🏠 Please remember that you are staying in a private property:

Please respect the quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

In winter, please keep the temperature below 20°C, and in summer, above 23°C.


Do not leave personal belongings (suitcases, bicycles, etc.) in the common areas.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.
A penalty of €100 will be applied in case of violation.

🎉 Parties and access to unregistered guests are not allowed.

For the safety of guests, the fireplace cannot be used.

🕙 Check-out time: by 10:00 a.m.

Before leaving the flat, we kindly ask you to:

Check that you have not forgotten any personal belongings (especially chargers 😉)

Turn off lights, appliances and devices

Dispose of rubbish

Close windows and turn off heating/air conditioning

San Giacomo neighborhood is located 15 minutes from the historic center and is well-connected by bus routes to both the center and numerous points of interest, such as the Palasport, the Nereo Rocco Stadium, and the Risiera di San Sabba.

It is a lively and bustling residential neighborhood, and within walking distance you’ll find all the amenities you need—including the small, charming neighborhood shops whose vibrant colors and cheerful atmosphere will make you feel like you’re truly on vacation.

The San Giacomo neighborhood is very crowded, and it may be difficult to find free street parking.

There are numerous bus lines that run frequently along the main street: Line 10 takes you to Piazza Unità and the Burlo Garofolo Hospital, while Line 1 takes you to the train station, the Palasport, the Nereo Rocco Stadium, and the Risiera di San Sabba.

Plan your route on the Trieste Trasporti website and remember that on Sundays, your ticket is valid for 4 hours!
