A luxury, one bedroom, two-bed apartment (can accommodate upto 4 people) located in the very heart of the city of Trieste's Old Town district (Borgo Teresiano), a few steps from most important sites of Trieste just directly opposite the main Trieste Train Station. All the best restaurants, shops, grocery stores are nearby in the city center, and the most interesting tourist attractions are within a few minutes of walking.

Every aspect of this exceptional property has been carefully designed to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

The aparment is located on the first floor of an 18th century built historic building that has recently been completly renovated wtih custom and high end matterials, minimalist, yet classic design elements. It includes an open plan kitchen area, combined with the living room which also includes a lounge setting with a large, and custom built pull out sofa for 2 people. All the kitchen appliances are high end (SMEG made) built in, non visible, whilst the walls are cladded with custom made carpentry wooden and stucco wall decoration panels. There is a master bedroom and a sperate bathroom, which features custom made stone countertop sink and a built in walk-in shower. The master bedroom features king size bed, as well as custom made open layout, modern wardrobe cabinetry.

Our apartment is located in the center of Trieste, in the district that takes its name from blocks of buildings commissioned between the late 18th and mid-19th centuries by the Empress Maria Theresa. This is today, the most vibrant and famous part of Trieste, it is home for the best shops and restaurants, and one can just step out onto the water of the Grand Canal to discover moored boats, café tables and churches of various denominations.

The apartment hast Wi-Fi (1 Gbps) throughout the residence and a false celing based heating and colling climate control system for personalized comfort.

* Hot Water Notice:
Please note that the hot water system is compact. It can comfortably provide hot water for two showers in a row. If your group is larger, we kindly ask you to wait about 30 minutes between showers to allow the boiler to reheat.

****ATTENTION the apartment is located in a ZTL Limited Traffic Zone, access only for residents.

*Please be advised that there is some construction occurring in surrounding apartments, so there is the possibility of some minor disturbances until these works are completed, which is temporary in nature.

**Party groups are not permitted and the rules of the community are firmly enforced.

The standard preparation of the flat is a double bed. If you wish to sleep separately, let us know in advance! We will be happy to have all beds ready for you!

Early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.

We will provide you with instructions for accessing the flat the day before your arrival.

👉 Please provide us with a valid telephone number and notify us of any changes to your arrival time.

📄 Documents & tourist tax
At check-in, each guest must present a valid identity document (ID card, passport or driving licence).

The tourist tax is €2.30 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights.
The following are exempt from payment: minors, residents and those registered with AIRE.

Please respect the quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

In winter, keep the temperature at a maximum of 20°C, in summer at a minimum of 23°C.

Do not leave personal items (suitcases, bicycles, etc.) in the common areas.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.
In case of violation, a penalty of €100 will be applied.

🎉 Parties and access to unregistered guests are not permitted.
