The flat is located on the top floor of a building with a lift, is particularly quiet and perfect to host up to 2-3 guests.
The spaces are large and well organised:

- double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe; the beds are made up with two single duvets

- comfortable living room (with optional third bed)

- fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher

- spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub

- private balcony.

Amenities such as fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room make this accommodation ideal for medium to long stays or remote working.

The flat is located on the 5th floor of a historic building with a lift.

We prepare a double bed for two guests. If you would like to sleep separately, please let us know immediately and we will also prepare the sofa bed for you free of charge!

🕒 Check-in time: from 3 p.m.
Early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.

Instructions for accessing the flat will be available in the booking details from the day before arrival.

👉 Please provide us with a valid telephone number and notify us of any changes to your arrival time.

📄 Documents & tourist tax
Before check-in, each guest must present a valid identity document (ID card, passport or driving licence).

The tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights.
The following are exempt from payment: minors, residents and those registered with AIRE.

If something does not work or is not to your liking during your stay, please contact us immediately: our staff will be happy to help you.

🏠 Please remember that you are staying in a private property:

Please respect the quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

In winter, keep the temperature at a maximum of 20°C, in summer at a minimum of 23°C.

Do not leave personal items (suitcases, bicycles, etc.) in the common areas.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.
In case of violation, a penalty of €100 will be applied.

🎉 Parties and access to unregistered guests are not permitted.

For the safety of guests, the fireplace cannot be used.

Before leaving the flat, we kindly ask you to:

Check that you have not forgotten any personal items (especially chargers 😉)

Turn off lights, appliances and devices

Dispose of rubbish

🏙 The neighbourhood

The flat is located in a central but very quiet area, ideal for those who want to explore Trieste on foot without sacrificing peace and quiet.
Via Coroneo is an elegant and well-served street, home to the city court, with shops, supermarkets and services just a few steps away.

In a few minutes on foot, you can reach the Public Garden, perfect for a relaxing break, and the lively Viale XX Settembre, the heart of local life with bars, ice cream parlours, cinemas and theatres. A longer walk or a bus ride will take you to the University, the Ponterosso Canal and the historic centre.

Right below the house is a true Trieste gem: the award-winning Pasticceria Liberty, beloved by locals and perfect for sampling typical specialities such as Teresiane, Refoli and Perle di Trieste.

Getting around the area is easy and convenient, both on foot and by public transport.

If you arrive by car, we recommend Parking Saba Foro Ulpiano, one of the closest and most reliable car parks. You can take advantage of discounted rates by booking online.

🚌 Public transport
A few metres from the flat, there are several bus lines that quickly connect the accommodation with the University of Trieste, the railway station, the historic centre, Miramare Castle and the Barcola seafront.

🚶 On foot
The central location allows you to easily reach many of the city's attractions, restaurants and services on foot.
