Do I have to do anything before entrusting you with the apartment?

You don't need to do anything in particular. During the inspection, we evaluate the state of the apartment together and, if necessary, suggest small interventions to improve the photographic performance and perception by guests. We take care of the professional photographs, the creation of the ads and the operational preparation.

Can I use the apartment for myself even during the management?

Yes, absolutely. You can block the dates you prefer for personal use, with simple notice. Your needs are handled with priority in the calendar: no guest will ever be booked during those periods.

How are any damages caused by guests handled?

We collect a security deposit from each guest prior to check-in. In the event of damage, we activate the reimbursement procedure via the portals and, if necessary, through the insurance coverage included in the contract. We keep you informed in real time and handle the entire file for you.

How long does it take to get the first bookings?

It depends on the season and the type of property, but in most cases the first bookings arrive within a few days of publication. The portals reward new ads with greater initial visibility, and we take advantage of this window with a pricing strategy optimized for the launch.
